Position Objective:
Provides administrative and support to the Departments of Security; Guest, Pastoral and Volunteer Services; Food and Nutrition Services; and Environmental Services.
Essential Job Duties:

General
- Attend, schedule and take minutes at department-level meetings.
- Manage office records, files and logs to ensure completion and accuracy.
- Facilitates vendor/contract agreements and entering into Symplr.
- Create and maintain employee files as well as track the completion of employee training, competencies and surveys. (for example: HealthStream)
- Ensure all new hires have completed new hires packages
- Manages equipment maintenance schedules to ensure timely assessments and repairs.
- Collaborate with department leaders as needed.
Security
- Collaborates with security management and coordinates scheduling, documentation, and support for departmental and organizational conflict management and other related training programs as necessary.
- Orders general office supplies, uniforms and equipment.
- Assist Human Resources with parking registration process, parking violation reports and administration.
- Coordinates, programs, maintains security system application including, but not limited to, CCURE access control, duress/panic systems, etc.
Guest, Pastoral and Volunteer Services
- Maintain timecards, schedules and work assignments for employees; enter volunteer hours and Chaplain visits by using various systems such as: COMPASS, VOLTRAK & EXCEL.
- Create and maintain employee files as well as track the completion of employee training, competencies and surveys.
- Maintain Guest Services Opening and Closing Procedure and Visitors Logs.
Food and Nutrition Services
- Develop and place daily menu signs; and update menu telephone line.
- Manage and count cash, assist with cash orders and deposits, and assist cashiers with closing out the cash registers at the end of shifts.
- Maintain and log floor stock orders in computerized spreadsheet system.
- Organize and review upcoming catering functions and post each week.
- Maintain timecards through the pay period.
- Assist with end-of-the-month data collection.
Environmental Services
- Vericlean report and UV light utilization.
- Complete weekly report on discharge room turnover times.
Educational/Experience Requirements:
The minimum level of education and experience for this position includes:
- Associate’s degree
- One year of administrative experience.
