Provider Recruitment Coor
Provides a high level of customer service, administrative support, and project coordination throughout the Physician Recruitment process. Assists the Physician Recruitment Director and team members in all recruitment activities as assigned.
- Develops and maintains working knowledge of the health system to assist with candidate inquiries
- Maintains a current open list for position openings, and providers monthly updates to Senior leadership
- Interfaces with candidates and hiring team members.
- Ensures data accuracy in Applicant Tracking System.
- Schedules and coordinates interviews between Physician Recruitment Specialists, candidates, and hiring teams, including the organization of onsite tours and site visits as required.
- Coordinates travel arrangements and hotel accommodations for non-local candidates; and follows through on reimbursements.
- Provides conflict resolution on scheduling challenges and keeps candidates, managers, and recruiters appraising all changes to schedules.
- Manages billing invoices for Physician Recruitment team vendors/suppliers.
- Ensures processes and procedures promote the best talent; meets internal promotional goals, and compliance requirements.
- Supports social media and web strategy recruitment tactics.
- Assists with the scheduling, coordination, and logistical planning for career fairs and recruitment events.
- Performs other administrative duties and recruiting tasks as necessary.
- Assist with provider relocation as needed
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience
- 2 – 3 years administrative experience
- Previous healthcare recruiting background is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at all levels of the organization.
