Recruitment Assistant
Provides administrative support to recruiters by documenting hires and change of status in Navigator system. Provides coverage for HR Assistant III. Demonstrates excellent customer service and attention to detail.
Enters new hire data with 100% accuracy.
Enters change of status with 100% accuracy.
Prepares HR file for new employees and files within 48 hours of orientation.
Coordinates & tracks payments of sign-on and other bonuses as needed.
Confirms clearance of employee health, background and all required licensure & certification for new hires 72 hours prior to orientation.
Maintains accurate databases essential to the employment process.
Provides clerical support to include a variety of duties to ensure the efficiencies of the employment process and provides coverage to the HRIII as needed.
Maintains and ensures confidentiality of files and records and employee interactions.
Required: Must demonstrate strong interpersonal/organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple projects for a high volume Human Resources Department. Effective communication skills both verbal and written a must. Minimum of two to three years experience in an automated Human Resources/Professional Office environment with high volume of public contact required. Position requires a mature, responsible individual who is assertive, confident and has the ability to function independently. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with proficiency in Power Point, Outlook and a minimum typing speed of 50 wpm required.
